    In ACLS class we were told to do compressions to the beat of these songs. Another one bites the dust, and Staying alive. which one you pick depends on how the code is going. LOL

  2. im a music lover and i think all the listed songs esp for the nurses are all definitely compatible with our daily interactions and lifestyle as healthworkers which i can relate at all into coz i happen to be a nurse also and currently based here in singapore.

    I will fix you played as my favorite hospice patient took her last breaths with her dog at her side and surrounded by her family…and then they palyed it at her funeral service in Temple…I will never forget.

    I went from a Candy Striper at 12 yrs. Then on to a CNA at 16. I worked as a PCT throughout college for 4 years. You might say I climbed up the ladder. That is why my philosophy is I have respect for all areas and positions in healthcare and I would never say “That’s not my job” because I have done it all for the last 35 years.

    During an extremely busy night shift I had a resident plop down in a chair & start belting out “Whipping Post” by the Allman Brothers”…..Ever since thats been my song to get me thru a bad shift

      My first Friday afternoon in my first semester of nursing school (extreme shell shock) and I’m thinking “How am I going to keep this up for two years?” I get in my car, first song on the radio was “Whipping Post” by the Allman Brothers
