One advisor stresses the importance of clinical placements not only for the nursing experience gained, but also for the job opportunities they can provide: “Absolutely make the most of your clinical placements and have a good hard look at what you want to get experience in, because often if you have a really positive experience in a clinical placement, that will lead to job opportunities.”
