I really like this guy- the opinions that he expresses are well thought out and heartfelt. I like how he compares most of his secrets to battling Adultitis to children and how they deal with the world. Children have less worries, more smiles, and unlimited imaginiations- the combination of some of these traits in adults could help battle stress and unhappiness in the workplace. I agree with all of the recommendations and think they are all unique and real. The last one is my favorite because everyone can get through today and with a little faith, tomorrow will bring a brighter day. Also, I think in nursing the concept of smiling more is truly contagious and can make anyone's day a little brighter, including your own.
