Seasoned Nurse Rebekah Child
Rebekah Child received her bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Southern California and her master’s in nursing education from Mount St. Mary’s. She has also taught nursing clinical and theory at numerous nursing schools and has been an emergency department nurse since 2002. She is one of the clinical educators for an ED and a student (again!) in the doctoral program at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Male + Wellness Blogger Sean Dent
Sean Dent has been in healthcare for more than 15 years, first as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), then as a second career nurse. He has worked in a variety of environments including telemetry, orthopedics, surgical services, oncology and time as a travel nurse. He is also a CCRN certified critical care nurse and has worked in cardiac, surgical, and trauma intensive care nursing.

Student Nurse Megan Gilbert
Megan Gilbert is a nursing student at Purdue University Calumet. She was introduced to the nursing world by her eldest sister who has been an ICU nurse for several years. She started as a CNA to test the waters and see if she could handle working in a healthcare setting.  After working as a CNA for a few years in the ICU, she decided nursing school was the absolute next step in her life.

Nurse Manager Rob Cameron
Rob Cameron is a nurse manager for a 30 bed Surgical Trauma and Telemetry unit at a Level I trauma center in Denver, Colorado. Prior to this, he was a staff nurse in the Emergency Department. He has worked in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Hospice, Rehab and more. Prior to his career in nursing he worked in healthcare finance and management. He feels this give him a perspective nursing managers rarely see.

New Nurse Nicole Lehr
In her own words, Nicole can be described in three adjectives: content, thankful, fortunate. All credit for the aforementioned description can be given to the love she has for her profession — Registered Nurse. She considers her job at the Cardiac Stepdown Unit at Children’s a dream job for a new nurse. When she’s not working, Nicole and her yellow lab, Maggie, can be found gallivanting around Atlanta.
