I have a saying that gets me by on rough days: “This too shall pass”
You can do this & look like you are charting.Then your thoughts are together for the real charting.
Like any skill, becoming good at meditation involves practicing it when you’re not stressed out, when your environment and circumstances allow you some space to practice, lose it, come back, practice, etc…breath!
