I would like to return to medicine 20 years ago, when the nurse told you you had to do it, you didn't argue or report them! I'm a rehab nurse and I have this talk with patients daily. Yes, I'm hard on them. It's because I truly care. It's not unlike a parent/child relationship in a way.
