    My wife and I started a Facebook group to help people get in the habit of exercising. The only requirement of the group is that you exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for 21 days. We offer support and encouragement, as well as advice. We have nurses, Life Coaches, Bodywork practitioners, and non-healthcare folks. Join up and join-in!
