Maybe they shouldn’t have hired a dyslexic decorator for a graduation cake…

Lol, wow….this is very unappetizing, and I don’t think I would eat a cake that looked like my intestines

Very creative. I made a cake once for our podiatric surgeon that had a pin for bunion repair, a drain and used slice almonds for toenails – very realistic! He loved it.

I wonder if there was any fighting over who got the rectum piece on the GI cake?

When I was a Student Nurse we worked some clinical hours in a Burn Unit. One of the patients was a man who received the most unique Birthday Cake (baked by his Mother-in-Law) that I have ever heard of.
The cake was in the shape of a womans’ torso, complete with big boobs and wearing a blue bikini.
The surprise? When the Birthday Man cut into the cake (between the legs-at the Bakers’ insistence) he found a CHERRY inside!
Needless to say, he met his high calorie needs for that day!
