Hey, guys. Katie Duke here, and today I’m going to talk about how to deal with unnecessary cattiness at work. Number one: don’t get involved in the gossip, in the cattiness at work. Don’t surround yourself with those people more than you have to. Number two: please, please, please don’t expect to be best friends with everyone. And number three: stand up for yourself. Let people know that if you’re on the receiving end of their cattiness that you don’t tolerate that, but do so in a way that’s not going to mark you as – you know – this impossible, angry… ok, you get where I’m going with that.
So just a few tips of mine. I’d like to hear what you guys have to say as I’m sure everybody’s dealt with cattiness here and there in the world of healthcare. So let me know what you think. Alright, bye!
