Scrubs Magazine Wins 2010 Maggie Award for Best New Publication

Los Angeles, CA (May 19, 2010) — Scrubs has just won the 2010 Maggie Award for Best New Publication. The award, given by the Western Publishing Association, honors excellence in editorial and design in magazine and online publishing.

Scrubs, the first lifestyle magazine for nurses, premiered in November 2009. Its content is 100 percent for and about nurses, and covers a range of lifestyle topics including beauty, money, style, health and wellness. The magazine is published three times a year: January, April and August. It has a circulation of 350,000 and is distributed to more than 1,600 nursing apparel stores nationwide.
