Type I
Immediate reaction
(anaphylactic reaction or natural rubber latex allergy) |
Type II
Cytotoxic
(cells are treated as allergens by immune system) |
Type III
Immune complex allergies
(foreign substances in blood bond with antibodies) |
Type IV
Delayed-onset allergies, cellular immune reaction
(transplant, contact, medication or chemical) |
